Hartford is my hometown, and a place I’m proud to now be raising my own family. I grew up in our public schools and have spent my career working alongside local organizations to support our community. From frontline crisis response to building programs for youth and families, and now in restorative justice, my work has always been centered on listening to those most impacted by inequity and making sure their voices shape the decisions that affect them.

I’m proud to call Vermont home, and I’m committed to protecting and strengthening what makes this community special.

WHY I’M RUNNING

I care deeply about this community, and I feel increasingly concerned about the challenges we’re up against. While living amidst crisis and conflict isn’t new, the severity and frequency that we’re experiencing today does feel unique. The burden of our broken systems is only getting heavier on those already most impacted, while so many of the root causes creating these problems remain unaddressed.

We are at a critical moment as a society, and I think it is a moment more important than ever to have leadership that reflects our communities more fully and who understand these challenges firsthand. Better solutions for our communities stems from having better representation of that community in politics.

I’m running for the voices too often silenced, for the generations who will be living with the impact of our decisions today, and the planet that deserves to thrive again.

Priorities I’ll be fighting for

  • COSTS: housing, healthcare, childcare, and education should be a baseline that every person has affordable access to--which means lowering costs for these basic needs and increasing the standard for livable wages.

  • COLLABORATION: change requires collective action. This means working with people across differences, and bridging gaps between sectors towards a shared vision. We are stronger together, and our community deserves leaders who inspire compassion and connection with one another rather than hate and division.

  • CLIMATE: the health of people and the planet have always been directly linked--one is a reflection of the other. The climate crisis touches all of us, shaping our health, economy, and the future we share. Acting now isn’t just about addressing today’s challenges—it’s about honoring our responsibility to future generations and ensuring they inherit a healthy, thriving world.

  • CARE: strong communities are built on care—not just when people are in crisis, but in how we support wellbeing every day. I’m committed to strengthening access to healthcare, mental health services, childcare, elder care, and substance use support, with a focus on early intervention and prevention. When we invest in care systems that work for everyone, we create healthier families, a more stable workforce, and a community where people can truly thrive.
